Really hard to update when I don't have internet at home. ALso tough when I have been so busy at work that I barely have time to breathe. But it isn't necessarily a bad thing. Aside from the boss, work is great. I like what I am doing so that is a good thing.
I have updated my 101 things to do blog, not much going on other than that. In knitting world I did come into a yarn stash windfall. Before christmas I was given a bag of yarn, mostly acrylics, but great for charity knitting. THen when I went shopping with becca over christmas she kindly gave me some of the freebies that she got from CT yarn and wool. Which is happy. THEN, I got back from christmas and one of my board members gave me a computer moniter box filled with single skeins of yarn. Can you say baby knitting and charity knitting, and blanket squares OH MY. It is crazy. I am so excited.
I will post some pics this weekend, I promise. I am also, in my spare time, taking a photo shop class. It is a blast. Using Lorelai as a model is great.

SOOO non knitting related
So I convinced work to pay for me to take a photoshop class. YAY ME, and it is so much fun. I do not consider myself an artist, but this is so cool. You can erase, how much does that rock.
lots to share soon, I have been out of the loop. check out works website and it will make more sense. All of the artwork was done by me. Well, playing with images that I have been given.
But this is all mine.

Betsys 101 List
Taking the lead from Nutmegknitter I have decided to join the 101 things in 1001 days challenge. (I am such a follower, but she finds all of the good stuff)
The Mission:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).
Why 1001 Days?
Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple goals such as New Year's resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.
I will be spearating my list into Catagories (I need organization in life) So the catagories are:
Health (h), Art (a), Knitting (Yeah, they are separate)(k), Corespondence (c), Self (s), Food (f), finances ($)
So Here it Goes:
